Pop Pop McLelland's 81st birthday

We visited Pop Pop in rehab in Mooresville for his birthday on June 16th. We also got to celebrate Father's Day that Sunday. He is doing so much better. Bree cheered him up and helped to give him a special 81st birthday, even away from home.

Early Father's Day fun

Today we went to Grammie and Pop Pop's for an early Father's Day lunch. G & P bought me a cool water activity table. It was fun to be in the water.

Bree meets Elmo

Thanks to MiMi we went to see Elmo today. All the kids mobbed him. It was insane. Mom put me down to go meet him and everything was cool until he turned towards me. I freaked and grabbed some strange ladies leg. I wanted her to pick me up fast. She said "wrong Mommy". I didn't care who's mommy she was. I just wanted to be up off the ground. Daddy got a yellow balloon for me. We went to Cracker Barrel for lunch then home for a nap. Later, Mom and I went to Willow's 4th birthday party. It was fun to play with all of her big girl toys. Hopefully Mom noticed my excitement.

A visit with my Tucson grandparents

My grandma and papa from Tucson came to see me over Memorial Day weekend. We got to go to BWI, the National Zoo, and lots of restaurants. We ate and ate and ate. Mostly seafood. We rode around a lot too. I got pretty worn out at the zoo. That's me in the green dress looking wiped out. I miss them now.

Daddy, are we Spanish?

This one's hilarious. For Daddy's last show with Acedia, he dressed up like one of those guys that runs with the bulls in Spain. He looked really funny to me, but I was proud of him for going through with it. Nobody else dressed up. Just him.

My great-grandma comes to Maryland

Can you believe it? GiGi came to see me. It was gorgeous out while she was here. Still cool . . . We went on nice walks and country drives. Did you know she loves Dancing with the Stars?? Thank goodness Leila didn't win. GiGi would've lost it!

Aunt Verca gives cool gifts

So Aunt V and Uncle C gave me these weird socks for Christmas that have bunnies on them that are rattles. Well, back then I couldn't walk so I thought they were lame. Now that I am cruising all over - I found that these socks rock. Put on some tunes and its like you are playing percussion with every step. Way cool. I wish she was here to see me!
