Too much fun . . .
Well, I started bouncing on my new hippity hop, then trying on my princess dress and putting on makeup . . . I'm getting sleepy. Why did I wake up so early today?? I wonder how my Papa Paul and Nana are doing in Tucson??

Wakey-wakey . . .
I woke up at like 4:38 am this morning and yelled Mom, Dad, the sun came up. They said it hadn't and to go back to sleep, but I didn't listen. We got up, opened stockings, checked out the big bite the reindeer took from the carrots, and then saw all of the presents from Santa!!! I got a Puppy in my Pocket and drum set just like I asked for. I love my bean bag chair and games too. This is awesome. I'm chilling now on my bean bag watching a new Mickey Mouse movie.

Navajo tacos and christmas eve dinner
Mom and Dad always make Navajo Tacos on Christmas Eve. Mimi always gives out new pajamas. Pop Pop always reads Twas the Night Before Christmas. I guess they are called traditions. We are all really happy that Grandma Great is here for the holidays. We love her and know that she will have a happy Christmas with us.

Christmas Eve - Children's Church Service
Mom, Dad, Mimi, Grandma Great and I went to church at the Zion Lutheran Church in Middletown. It was a children's service - there were kids dancing, singing and reading aloud. There was a live nativity which kind of freaked me out. But I was happy to see Baby Jesus and his family in the manger in the santuary after the service. The pastor gave all of the kids an ornament during the part of the program when the kids go up front. It was really nice. Mom has a nice singing voice. She knew almost all of the words. Dad said it was like the circus seeing all those kids in a church.

Making cookies for Santa
Mom and I made sugar cookies for Santa Claus. We even made homeade red icing and added green sprinkles. We had to call Mrs. Claus and make sure that Santa liked sugar cookies because earlier this week when I talked to her she said he liked chocolate chip. Mom called her first, then had to call back and ask an elf to call me because I was upset that I didn't get to talk to Mrs. Claus too. But she called me back - and said yes, he loved sugar cookies. They really are delicious. I tried one to make sure they were ok.
Snowman drawing
I love to draw on my chalkboard. Check out this snowman drawing. I am getting pretty good.
My ballerina tutu
Mom made me a ballerina outfit today. She did it all by herself and only had to sew the elastic. I am a great dancer and am going to put on a show this evening after dinner. Merry Christmas!

Dear Santa,
For Christmas, I would like a Puppy in my Pocket and a drum set. I have been a very good girl. Soon I will be a big sister. I am excited for you to come down our new chimney. We will have lots of drinks and snacks ready for you and the reindeer. I love you Santa.
Love,
Bree

I'm going to school!!!!
While Tucson Mimi and Pop Pop were here, Mom and Dad signed me up for preschool at The Lucy School just outside of Myersville. I went to an orientation with Dad there a while ago and had so much fun. They sing a lot, do sign language, dance, draw and paint, . . . it is going to be awesome. I can't wait to make new friends too. Hopefully I will start 2, 1/2 days in their Early Three's Program in January (the 13th) and then go for 2, full days in the fall. I am growing up I guess . . . http://www.lucyschool.com
Ho, ho, ho
Rocky and I got kinda festive tonight. The house was warm and cozy, we watched holiday movies this afternoon, and Mom bought me a new outfit with Christmas ornaments on it. I love our house (and wood stove) and I especially love my Mommy and Daddy. Merry Christmas Everyone!!
Tucson Mimi and Pop Pop Strike a Pose
I think Tucson Mimi and Pop Pop had a good time here for their visit. They look pretty happy in these pictures . . .
Rockin' out!
Tucson Pop Pop plays guitar like Daddy. Soooooo . . . I grabbed some instruments and jammed out with them.

Oh Christmas Tree
We found a Colorado Blue Spruce from Wolfe's on Garfield Road. Basically in Wolfsville . . . We had a lot of fun looking for the perfect tree. The tree we picked was really big. Pop Pop and Dad had a hard time getting it on top of the Jeep!!

Santa Claus comes to Frederick
We went to Everedy Square to see Santa's arrival. There were a lot of people there, but Tucson Pop Pop got me up close!
