It's just an empty O'Douls . . .

OK, a funny shot Damien got on July 4th . . .

A normal Saturday

Just chilling while Bree's napping and J's at an appt. What a week - I stopped in at the pool yesterday to see Bree jump off the side and land in the water 3x (with dad nearby), get passed from adults underwater, get tossed in the air, land in the water and kick to the surface, . . . totally crazy! 2 more weeks of class with only 1 other baby. They kids are getting lots of special attention. It's great! Tonight Jason plays an outdoor show at Lilypons Water Gardens (6-9pm) and next weekend we're going camping for the 1st time with Bree. Should be interesting!! It's hot and humid here today - a good morning for coffee and blogs inside!

A visit to the carnival

Bree rode her 1st carnival ride last night - a merry go round at the Urbana Carnival. Thanks to Pop Pop who was shelling out money for tickets and games, we had a blast! Bree also won 2 toys at the Duck Pond game where she grabbed ducks out of the water and won prizes based on the number under the ducks body. It was pretty darn fun!! Here are some pictures on the merry go round.

Pop Pop Great is finally back home!

After 3 months away in hospitals and rehab, my great grandad is back home! Hooray. Mimi and Poppie went down to see him last weekend and welcomed him back to the lake. I hope Mom and Dad will take me back down there soon. I love the water and I really love my great grandparents.

Winding down after crab feast . . .

Yep, Pops gave Bree his popsicle in the bath tub! He walked by with it and she said Poppie-Poppie. A little beggar . . . After bath time, Bree chilled with her blankie in bed. Peek-a-boo.

Crab Feast on a gorgeous summer Sunday

It was gorgeous out this weekend so we had to have crabs. Jason put together a new picnic table on our deck and my parents came over to enjoy the feast with us. Bree loved sucking on the crab legs. Guess she's a fan of Old Bay!! Thanks to Casey for the t-shirt! Yes, it says "I can kick your baby's ass!"
